Upcycled Food Association is a nonprofit focused on reducing food waste by growing the upcycled food economy. I worked with the organization to promote a sparkling beverage produced by one of its partner companies, The Spare Food Co.

I interviewed Spare Food's co-founders about the creation of the drink — which is made using whey that's left over when processing Greek yogurt — and how it's being served on tap at Google's west side Manhattan office in New York City.
